Meet the Chefs and Tastes of Brittany
Our Breton chefs-to-be students present the results of their week of exploration around Scotland with the Meet the chefs and tastes of Brittany event, an afternoon of tastings and cookery demonstrations.
Come to the Institute, meet the students, discover the Breton specialties cooked with Scottish products and learn how to cook them at home. Tastings include: Roscoff onions’ pies, apple cider pies, ’galettes-saucisses’, Breton oysters, Breton cheeses, ’crêpes’…

Breton lunch and dinner menus
Part of the students is also helping out in the kitchens of the Escargot Bleu and Escargot Blanc for the weekend.
The two French restaurants propose special Breton lunch and dinner menus on Friday 13 and and Saturday 14, from 12.00pm to 3.00pm and from 5.30pm to 10.30pm.
