The 4th edition of the Budding Chefs programme in Scotland returns in March with their most exciting programme to date.

In addition to their now traditional exploration of the Scottish larder, the Budding Chefs celebrate their 4th birthday with an extended programme of public events:

TALKING FOOD

Series of talks on food with la creme de la creme of the food industry professionals, including Nicholas Lander, Michael Booth, Hervé Mons and many others.
