Customer policy


At the Institut français we do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your learning experience. To make the Language Centre a pleasant place to study and work in, we have established some guidelines, which you can read in the Customer Service Charter. In the event you have an issue and wonder what you can do about it, we have a complaints policy. Following the new GDPR European regulation of 25 May 2018, we have now updated our Data Protection Policy. We remain at your disposal to discuss any matter arising from this law.
