1. Open Days/Registration at the French Institute
(Autumn Term 2008):

At any other time contact the Courses Department.
2. Fill in the enrolment form and enclose
your payment.
• places are on a first-come first-served basis
• places are reserved only after receipt of payment
3. Payments Methods:
- By cheque payable to: THE FRENCH INSTITUTE
OF SCOTLAND
- In cash at the French Institute during the
open days or office hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm, Monday-Friday
- No Payments by Debit/Credit Cards or by instalments
If fees are paid by an employer, please submit your
application from together with evidence on company letterhead
to allow us to send an invoice.
Your enrolment entitles you to free membership of our
library until September 2009.
4. French Institute Library:
We encourage all students to make use of our facilities
by borrowing items from our extensive collection of
French books, magazines, CDs, DVDs, videos, CD-ROMs.
If you are a new student, your membership card will
be sent to you with your enrolment receipt
5. Terms and Conditions:
-   Enrolments and full payments must be made
IN ADVANCE of attending a courses
-   Places are allocated upon receipt of application
WITH CORRECT PAYMENT
  We cannot reserve places without payment
-   Fees are NOT TRANSFERABLE NOR REFUNDABLE
- If a course is cancelled by the French Institute,
a full refund will be given
-   We reserve the right to add or cancel classes
subject to demand and to return applications at our
  discretion.
-   We cannot guarantee a specific teacher or
classroom.
7. Concessions (available for all 30-hour courses)
one concession per course may be requested.
