For primary and secondary teachers:
The Education Department can organise class visits and take part in conferences and in-service training in cooperation with the education authorities.
For primary and secondary pupils:
The Education Department organises two annual competitions, one around the “Lire en fête” celebration of reading in October/November, the other, “La fête du théâtre, an interschool drama competition” in February/March.

Universities
The department can support academics of various disciplines in Scottish universities in their promotion of French language, studies and research. Contacts can be established, seminars organized, exchange programmes and joint degrees set up. |
