About Fabrice Fiossonangaye:

Professional dancer, emblematic figure of the French Hip-Hop scene, Fabrice Fiossonangaye has been on the scene for more than thirty years. He is one of the founders and leaders of the legendary Breakdance Crew Figure 2 Style (F2S) created in 1996, which quickly took on a national and international scale. Since its creation, Figure 2 style transformed into an association in 2001, then into a dance school in 2009 located at the Resid’danse of the cultural centre Le Cèdre in Chenôve (France). Fabrice is a pillar in the transmission of hip hop culture and bases his work on the tradition of culture, based on respect, tolerance and sharing, with audiences of all ages.

About Figure 2 Style:

Figure 2 Style (F2S) was born out of the Positif Force group, which developed in Chenôve (Dijon metropolitan area) in the 1980s. The F2S group took shape in 1996 and exerted such an influence on Dijon that it took on a national scope. A strong core was formed, composed mainly of members of the same family (Fiossonangaye) and childhood friends. They at first participated in many dance workshops (Capoeira, African dance, oriental etc.). On April 25, 2001, the Figure 2 Style association was created to promote Hip Hop culture in Dijon and its surrounding area. Today, F2S has fifteen dancers (most of them with international fame such as Crazy Monkey, Sarah Bee, Ced-Rock, Julee-One, BG Manuela, Cyreal) and take part in performances, battles, debates and other cultural projects.
