Rencontre littéraire with Pierre Ducrozet

Thursday 16 May 18:45-20:00

As part of the Beyond Words Festival, the Institut français d’Ecosse is proud to organise a Rencontre littéraire with Pierre Ducrozet, dedicated to the relationship between poetry and ecology, his works, and the art of translation.

Pierre Ducrozet (b. 1982) is a renowned writer and translator, especially of poetry. His last book, entitled L’Invention des corps, was rewarded with the Prix de Flore 2017. Its ambitious exploration of the multiple ways bodies are redefined in the modern era is seminal to the reflection he will develop at the Institut français d’Ecosse.
