South-West: small appellations make great wines

Friday 25 October 2013 18:00-20:00

Maurice is back and starts his new series of wine tastings with a journey across South West France. Mostly known for its Bordeaux wines, the region gathers many other appellations that make as many fantastic reds and whites: Madiran, Bergerac, Cahors or Jurançon…

This tasting will also be an opportunity to learn more about the wine service, one of the most delicate and important stages in wine tasting.
