The Institut français is delighted to welcome the University of Edinburgh International Conference "Forms of Knowledge" focusing on Literature and Philosophy, featuring a keynote speech at 5pm by Prof. Sandra Laugier, Professor of Philosophy at the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne.
This event is Open to the Public and is the second day of a two-day conference hosted by the University of Edinburgh.
Day 1 will take place at the University of Edinburgh in the Project Room 1.06, 50 George Square, EH8 9LH, beginning at 08.45am.
Day 2 will take place at the Institut français, Lothian Chambers, itself starting at 10am and culminating in Prof Laugier’s Keynote Speech at 5pm entitled ‘Ethics, Literature, and What Matters’
