Famous for its storks and its sauerkraut, Alsace is also internationally renowned for its white wines, the Riesling and Gewurztraminer being the most popular. On taste tonight is a superb selection of wines presenting the full range of their highly distinctive fruity, floral and mineral aromas.

You will also learn about vinification and the importance of corks. Finally, we’ll try to understand the Alsatian terroir by comparing the greatest wines of Alsace with other Rieslings and Gewürztraminers from around the world.
