In this second part of his “Three Colors”, Krzysztof Kieslowski tells the story of Karol, the Polish hairdresser, and his wife Dominique, French. Karol lost everything after his divorce from Dominique, he can’t even return to Poland and refuses to become a murderer for money. After finally managing to return to his country, he embarks on various ventures and falls into the trap of his revenge on Dominique, but finally (re)winning her love.

The screening will be introduced by Dr. Malgorzata Bugaj (University of Edinburgh, Centre for Open Learning).
