Enjoy a day immersed in French language and culture. Workshops are organised at the Institut français d’Écosse or at your school. We will build a programme together to best answer your needs.

Concours de la Francophonie
Each year, the Institut français d’Ecosse launches le Concours de la Francophonie, a national school competition to encourage all young French learners and their teachers around Scotland. It also aims to celebrate the Mois de la Francophonie en Ecosse launched in March 2013

Description
Since its launch in 2016 by the Institut Français d’Écosse, le Concours de la Francophonie, a national school competition to encourage all young French learners and their teachers around Scotland, has been a great way of celebrating the Mois de la Francophonie en Écosse. Throughout the years, many schools across Scotland have taken part in the competition and we hope to receive great entries. Who can take part? All Scottish primary and secondary schools offering French may enter this competition by submitting a short video of a classroom activity in French. Each year the competition has a new theme and the concours is opened to 4 Categories: P1/P4 – P5/P7 – S1/S3.
