Three Colours: Blue

Fri 03 May

After the death of her husband Patrice, a great composer, and their daughter Anna in a car accident, Julie begins a new life, anonymous and independent. Olivier, Patrice’s assistant, in love with her, tries to bring her out of her isolation by finishing the Concerto for Europe, a work left unfinished by the composer.

The screening will be introduced by Dr. Malgorzata Bugaj (University of Edinburgh, Centre for Open Learning).
